Winter 2007  November 3rd, 2007 to April 25th, 2008  $5,300 / Night  High Season 2007  December 15th, 2007 to January 11th, 2008  $5,500 / Night  Summer 2008  April 26th, 2008 to October 31st, 2008  $5,300 / Night  Winter 2008  November 1st, 2008 to April 24th, 2009  $5,500 / Night  High Season 2008  December 13th, 2008 to January 9th, 2009  $5,700 / Night   All amounts are in US Dollars. The TCI Government imposes a 10% room tax that will be added to the above amounts. A Security Deposit equal to one night's rate will be held and refunded pending any adjustments for damages. Gratuities are at the discretion of the client.  A suggested guideline is 10% to 18% of the rental amount, as is customary at most villas and resorts in the Turks and Caicos.  ALL gratuities are paid 100% to the employees. Included in the Nightly Rate is: Free transport from the Airport or FBO to the Villa upon arrival Accommodation for up to 12 persons, infants excluded Full chef services for 3 meals a day, plus customized menu creation Food and Beverage shopping 2 Maids for daily service from 7:30am to 4:30pm 1 Server for lunch and dinner All utilities, local phone and Internet Cable TV and Satellite service Free use of a computer and printer and Skype phone service Free use of snorkel gear and tennis equipment Grounds keeping and pool maintenance Concierge Services provided by the Villa Manager Welcome snack and drinks upon arrival Additional Servers, Baby Sitters, etc are at $250 / day for 8 hours.  Public holidays are $500, and overtime is $47.00 per hour. Long Distance charges are as per the phone company Party and special event planning are negotiated with the Villa Manager A 25% deposit is required to hold a reservation.  Refundable if cancelled more than 75 days prior to arrival, subject to a $250 administration fee A 50% deposit is required 75 days before arrival 100% of the rental, tax and security deposit are due 45 days before arrival There are no refunds from 45 to zero days before arrival Between 75 and 46 days before arrival, there is a 25% penalty for cancellation Date changes will be accommodated if possible High Season rentals are a minimum of 14 days Any rental of more than 14 days is discounted 10% on the days over 14
